Classy Occasions Policy and Guidelines

The standard length of rental time is for 1 event, from set-up to pick-up.  Classy Occasions will pick up the rental items at the end of the event
or by the next morning, if this service is contracted. If Classy Occasions is responsible for set-up and pick-up, then the renter is responsible
for rental items at the event from the time after set-up to pick-up.

If the renter is responsible for delivery, set-up and pick-up of rental items, then items must be returned by the next day or following Monday
after event.  A late charge will be applied if item(s) are delivered after agreed delivery date. Renter must  return missing items within 7 days or
less to prevent deduction from security deposit.

All rental item prices include candles, listed decoration accessories and mirror base for centerpieces.  Delivery, set-up, tear-down and pick-up
service is an extra charge. This fee covers mileage, travel time (2 trips) and labor for set-up and tear-down (1-4 hours).  Delivery to outside
Toledo areas may be arranged with an additional mileage charge.

A security deposit of $35 to $100.00 is required with all centerpiece rentals at time of booking.  The deposits will hold the requested date of
the event and will be subtracted from total balance.

In the event of a cancellation on rental merchandise, the security deposit is nonrefundable.

If cancellation occurs, on rented merchandise, 12 weeks prior to event date, 50% of rental balance that was already paid, excluding security
deposit, will be refunded.  If renter cancels within 12 weeks of the event, no refunds will be issued.

he final table count is due at least 14 days before event or with final payment.  At that time renter may decrease table count, up to 4
tables
for a deduction or a refund.  After table count is recalculated and the final table count is given to Classy Occasions, renter will not
be given a refund for decreasing the table count.

No cash refunds on purchased items.

All balances on purchased and rental items must be paid off at least 14 days before event date.

A full payment is due on all sandalwood fan favors when order is placed.

If rental items are lost or damaged, the cost to replace and/or repair these items will be subtracted from the total security deposit. If items are
excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be taken out of security deposit. If renter is responsible for delivery, set-up and pick-up of rental items,
rental item storage boxes and bags must be returned, otherwise a replacement fee will be taken out of security deposit

If the cost to replace and/or repair these items exceeds the total security deposit amount, the renter will be billed.

If rental items are not lost or damaged, the security deposit will be refunded within
14 days following the event.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money order or check.  There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks.
